Police in Southampton have failed to end The Sholing Flasher’s four-month reign of terror.

Hampshire Police have been searching for the serial flasher since the first incident in Sholing Valley, Southampton, on 28th of August.

A 23-year-old woman reported a man on a bench staring at her while exposing himself and performing an indecent act at 3.20pm.

In November he exposed himself to a 14-year old boy.

There have been a further two confirmed reports of the Sholing Flasher, bringing the total to four. However, there have been several other reports of a man acting suspiciously in the area.

Police have no idea if the complaints are linked. The culprit is described as a slim white man, in his late teens or early twenties, with brown hair.

Despite most of the incidents taking place in broad daylight, Hampshire Police have not reported taking anyone in for questioning.
